Spend most of your SFI budget on what can earn you the most at SFI.
What can earn you the most at SFI is a combination of being at least BTL (Bronze Team Leader) rank and having a large team of active affiliates several generations deep.

Although you can become BTL - and can build and support a large team of active affiliates - at no out-of-pocket cost to you, doing it this way will take you a long time. Speed up how long it will take by spending most of your SFI business budget on it.

Know your goals, and the requirements:

1. To be BTL rank:
At least 3000 VersaPoints, of which at least 1500 must be obtained through purchases or sales, and you must have at least one EA2 PSA in your team.

2. To have a large team of active affiliates, several levels deep:
Recruit many new SFI affiliates, and help them become at least EA2s. Teach and help them to do the same as you. Encourage them to teach and help their own PSAs to do the same as them.

What will your SFI budget be spent on to achieve the above goals and meet the above requirements?

1. To be BTL rank:
One or both of:
- TripleClicks purchases of your own
- Marketing for new ECAs and/or PRMs

2. To have a large team of active affiliates, several levels deep:
- Advertising costs
- Rewards for your affiliates

Combine your SFI business budget with time, effort, and patience, and soon you will be enjoying a fantastic return on investment.

When thinking about spending money on your SFI business, you must remember that the money spent on items that you are buying as gifts and household use can not be considered as money spent on your SFI business (no matter how much your spouse disagrees). This is transfer buying and no matter that the credit card says it went to SFI, it is still personal expense.
So, looking at your budget, you must determine just how must you dare to put toward building your SFI business. Each month this amount might vary, and after awhile you can add your commissions, etc.

In the beginning, you will do well to buy business tools such as cards, brochures, TC stationery, hats, shirts, car magnets, Gift Cards, PSA incentives and rewards, and other items. Buying 60, 100, or 125 TCredits is an option and you can earn 60 extra VP by playing one game and bidding once each day of the month.

As you get your business organized, you will be doing more and more advertising. You can do this for free or by buying into ad sites such as classified sites, newspaper ads or inserts, SBuilders Co-op, PSAs To Go.

As your team begins to blossom, you will want to spend more time and money in their edification by sponsoring contests, adding rewards for jobs well done, and reassigning PSAs that are active.

Whether it is time or money, you will be spending more on advertising than anything else. It is the coal for a steam train, the grass for a dairy cow, the wind for the wave.

How to decide what to advertise depends on the dynamics of your team and your commissions.

If you read and understand the Ultra Simple Plan (www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics3Steps) you will know how to plan your spending and grow in SFI business.
It’s very simple.

1. Become an EA and remain an EA every month (You require 1500 VP to do it);
2. Recruit 5 affiliates as per guidance given in the Plan;
3. Teach your affiliates to do these 3 Steps.

The idea behind these is: Building your Team and helping them to duplicate your actions.

4. To become an EA and remain an EA you need to have 1500 VP. Apart from doing the various actions given in the To Do List, you may require more VersaPoints to achieve and retain your EA status every month.

5. Keeping this in mind, you may either have a Standing Order or buy appropriate products that match your VP requirement every month.

7. Since Team Building is quite necessary to succeed on a long term basis, please focus your spending towards:

Like these, keep exploring all possible sources to build your Team with PSAs and CSAs regularly. Team Building is quite essential to win and for that to happen, have a clear budget for advertisements and other promotional activities and spend your money wisely.

With the recent developments at the SFI, purchasing only at the Tripleclicks store will not earn you the desired income you hope for. SFI is an affiliate business, which would require you to have active Downline. So the main aim of the budget is to increase income. Now, if am to begin writing my SFI business budget, I will start with
1. Advertising and Marketing
For anyone to grow fast and go far in any online business, you must advertise and market, directly or indirectly. How do you get people to know a product if you don't advertise it and how will they like it if you don't market? So, I will have to make advertising and marketing one of my first priority on my budget. On this option is where the following comes in

- Payment for SFI ads and Traffics
- Maintenance of website/Procurement of website
- Printing and Distribution of SFI E-cards and SFI Business Cards
- Printing and Distribution of Flyers and Banners etc

2 Sponsoring of Affiliates
The result from marketing and advertisement is PSA. SFI has recently designed a mean where Sponsors can welcome there new affiliate's with Tcredits Gift, and it require you to spend. And most times it's difficult to keep new affiliate's with less knowledge about SFI business. So you need to encourage the with Training materials, Gift Certificate and etc And it's good to budget for team incentives. So do include this in you SFI budge.

For Sponsors who want to go TL, must have at least two EA2, and sometimes to advance further you need to support the team as well.

3. Requalifying as EA2/Team Leader
It is very important to have the on budget the means to qualify as at least EA. To requalify as EA, a VP 1500 is needed, for TL a minimum of 1500VP is needed from sales. So, making a Standing Order of 1500VP cost about $36. So it's very wise to include it in budget.

4. SFI Power Tools
To make building business easier, SFI has put in place tools to help affiliate's grow faster at building their businesses. Just in case budget is not enough to run a paid advertisement outside Tripleclicks. Few of the tools are

- S-builder Co-op
- PSA 2 Go and etc

4. Budget for Pricebender and Uber Games
Not everyone make Tcredits their SO, because I have seen few active affiliate's, long in business with less participation in Tripleclicks activities. So if your are participating in Auction you need to budget for the amount of Tcredits to be used.

5. Budget for Team Co-op
Not every of you Affiliate will be able to recruit PSAs themselves, and many also will love to be encouraged, by having a share of you Co-op. Budget to help your team members, as when they grow,-you grow as well.

The list can go on and in, but you need to keep your budget short and simple. So you can have a balance expenditure/income sheet at the end of the month.

Depending on your budget you can do the following on priority basis :
1)Buy Standing Order of 125 TCredits. This will qualify you to become Executive Affiliate every month and now you can focus on building your team.

2)Buy PSAs to Go for first 4-6 months. This will immediately build your team. You can then work with the Movers and guide them.

3)Buy S-Builders Co-Op as a Standing Order. This will ensure regular flow of PSAs in your team.

4)Buy items from tripleclicks which you were already buying from outside. This is known as Transfer Buying. No extra budget is to be allocated for this. There are many things you can buy as Transfer Buying. Some products which I can suggest are Smartphones, Laptops, LED TVs, dresses for self and family. Toys for kids in the family. You can even gift these toys for kids of your friends on their birthdays.

5)Buy Gift Cards to send as gifts to prospective PRMs. This will ensure you have some regular customers.

6)Buy Gift certificates to reward your movers and encourage them.

You can bid and build your team with the Bid and Build Program. For every 10 bids, you are guaranteed to win a PSA or in partial of 10%, 20%, 30% or more in spinning.

To start up your SFI business and decide a budget, we must have done alot of reading and taken a look at the Tripleclicks store to know what we can order monthly (especially if its a daily or weekly product in order to do transfer buy) and at the same time help in your SFI business. This is killing 2 birds with a stone.
I believe if we do transfer buy, we are going to be working within the household expenses as well as miscellaneous expenses. SFI business will come under miscellaneous expenses. Its at this junction we would work out a budget to balance both expenses.

For our SFI business budget, we can invest in $60. This amount $36.25 Standing Order of 125 T credits which gives you 1500 versa points (automatically become an EA) and $22 S builder Standing Order will give 280 versa points. The totals 1780 versa points for your Standing Order and amount spent will be $58.25. If your budget isn't up to that, you can go for 100 t credits Standing Order at $29 and S builder co op $22 combined with your daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Which you will spend $51 and Sales Versa Point of 1480vp. If you have limited resources, $22 for s builder co op and 8 single t credits Standing Order $15.12 combined with his daily, weekly and monthly tasks will make you an EA at the cost of $37.12. With the t credits purchased, you can list unwanted items in your home, bid for some PSAs/CSAs or S builder co op and spin for a full or part PSA for each 10 bid. Team building is very vital as the benefits are numerous and aids you in your SFI business.

Alternatively, if you are good with offline marketing and you can get at least 5 active affiliates from your friends, relatives or colleagues at your place of work and they partronise Tripleclicks, then you can actually use the commissions derived from their purchases to invest into your SFI business and support them so that they feel appreciated and don't loose focus. With 5 active affiliates in your team, it helps you increase higher in ranks, greater commissions especially if your team is active and make alot of sales from Tripleclicks.

This will help you get a suitable budget and a win -win situation as you can re invest commissions gotten into your business as well as support your team.

In summary, what I would advise is that you simultaneously make purchases of t credits or do some transfer buys as you still get the Sales VersaPoints attached to these products and build a strong team of affiliates so that you don't break the bank, support your downlines so that they can duplicate your actions
